Build supportive and inclusive cultures for parents
Parents in Tech Alliance (PTA) is a professional network representing thousands of workers across Silicon Valley, driven to increase workplace inclusion. PTA’s purpose is to build more belonging by guiding tech leadership with its proven talent engagement solutions and democratize its collective know-how with inclusion advocacy resources.
Our mission is to create positive and meaningful change for parents working in technology. We will lead by example for all private and public sectors by helping to develop and share best practices.
The areas we are most passionate about include; advocating for equal paid parental leave, childcare assistance, manager training, cultural inclusion, assistance for new mothers and establishing Parenting Employee Resource Groups.
As these and future issues continue to impact parents in the workplace, we aim to work with leaders and leading companies to help guide their approach to building supportive and inclusive cultures.
